CODE OF CONDUCT

For IRC Horse Racing to work well, we need everyone to follow a code of conduct. Remember! Don't fight, don't cheat, don't bitch.

What Admins and Helpers say is always final.

Rules

1. No Swearing. $250 - $2000 fine.
2. No User Abuse. Up to 50% fine.
   • eg. <Devil45> haha, HellFury you suck at this game!
3. No Shaming. Up to $500,000 fine.
   • eg. <Devil45> I can't believe you bet on that horse! haha
   • eg. <HellFury> you sold that horse? stupid, stupid.
4. No fighting. Banned for 24 hours. There will be no dispute.
5. No selling horses on 'the cheap' to new users - 50% Cash Fine.
   • eg. They have to work their way to the top also.
6. No complaining about the bot. Three warnings, $10% fine.
   • eg. We know bugs exist, but instead of complaining, consult an admin to have the problem fixed.
7. No flooding or repeating or excessive use of caps. $10,000 fine.
   • eg. <aussiechick> WOOHOO! <aussiechick> WOOHOO! <aussiechick> WOOHOO! <aussiechick> WOOHOO!
8. No use of heavy bold or colours. Three warnings, 5% fine.
9. No imitating the bot. - $100,000 fine.
10. A bookie may not offer 'unbelievable odds' to allow a user to win big.
    • eg. Getting the jist? No free cash.
11. Do not abuse !betlimit, do not use it to fix trifectas or to place more bets, a ban will occur.
12. Absolutely no more than one account per person, if multiple accounts are found, both will be deleted.
13. No stating race results before the bot. New users do not know races back to front, like some.
14. No changing nickname to an already registred nickname -- $500,000 fine.
15. Do not request for a season reset. It is annoying and will not make it happen any quicker -- 5% fine.
16. Remotes to perform any command in IRCHorseracing are illegal and you will be banned until removed.

You will get caught, logs and operators see everything! Logs are checked daily.

Things we encourage

1. Cheering your horse or the horse you betted on before the race.
2. Celebrating a win, use of caps is fine, but don't flood more than three lines!
3. Seeing an admin, to have your errors or problems fixed.
4. Having fun! Cheering each other on! Helping each other out if needed! (Not Cash Loans)
5. Giving cash amounts to newbies, by guidelines of rule 5.
6. Telling friends about the game! In fact if you recommend a new user to the game, without advertising, we'll give you a cash bonus of $20,000!
7. Greeting users when they enter the channel!
